Situated on the characteristic Via del Fosso, a street with a stream running down its centre and bisecting the east side of the historic centre, the two bedroom / two bathroom apartment has a classic Tuscan appearance and benefits from unusually good natural light for a first floor residence within the city walls.

The jewel of the apartment is however the terrace, rare in itself in the centre of Lucca, and more unusual still to be spacious enough to offer shaded dining space for eight as well as lounge and sunbathing areas, a true urban retreat suited to outdoor living and in peaceful surroundings overlooking neighbouring gardens.

The accommodation is equipped with an entryphone, air-conditioning and heating (to suit whichever of the “quattro stagioni” you find yourself in Lucca), wood floors throughout the internal living space, double-glazed windows with shutters and traditional wood beam and terracotta ceilings in the bedrooms and living room.

Via del Fosso cross the whole town from North to South. Following it you can reach Santa Croce, one of the main pedestrian street and the Cathedral area in the south. Passing by via Rosi instead, you will reach via Fillungo, the main walk of Lucca in 2 minutes.



Most bookings are taken for 7 days with bookings starting on Saturday afternoon and finishing the following Saturday morning. For longer stays, discounts can be arranged, and if possible different entry/exit days can be arranged.

The prices include all linen, utilities, internet and a final clean.
