Apartment Chiara offers the an individual character that has been ceated by its architect owners. Very comfortable specified for a couple of guests with all modern conveniences installed, including air conditioning, to make your stay pleasureable and comfortable.
The apartment includes a double bedroom, a bathrooms with jacuzzi bath tub, a large living room and small but fully equiped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker etc. The apartment also has a washing machine and iron. There is SKY satellite TV.
Sleeping capacity can be increased via use of the sofa-bed in the living room and a cot for young children can be installed.
The location is very convenient with (pay) parking within 20m of the street door, shops, bars, restaurants, banks and gelaterie all withing 30m of the front door. The Piazza San Francesco is less than 30m away.
The apartment is on the third floor with a quite narrow staircase. This apartment is not really suitable for older guests due to the staircase..
Remember though that Lucca is not just a summer destination. The winter includes good quality skiing and snow boarding only an hours drive away from the city centre.
Christmas brings ice skating to Piazza Napoleone and there are various markets and late night shopping events throughout December.
Most bookings are taken for 7 days with bookings starting on Saturday afternoon and finishing the following Saturday morning. For longer stays, discounts can be arranged, and if possible different entry/exit days can be arranged.
The prices include all linen, utilities and a final clean. If a telephone line is required, a deposit will be asked. Broadband internet access can also be arranged.
Please note that the city centre is a pedestrian zone and so car parking is not at the door of the apartment (it is found about 4 minutes walk away)

In order to provide the most convenience and relaxing holiday we are able to offer you the following services:
- Food/drink provisions - Let us know the number of guests and general
eating/drinking requirements - we will do the rest
- Airport-Lucca transport - We can pick up your group from Pisa international
airport and deliver you to the apartment. Return trips can also be arranged
- Pre-booked restaurants - Saturday evenings canget very busy during the
summer months so let us book your first night at one of Lucca's many fine
restaurants
- Additional maid services (the standard rental includes one clean per week) including a general clean, bed making/changing services, clean towels etc can be organised at intervals to suit you. These are priced at 25 euro per clean or 35 euro with clean linens/towels.
