Apartment della Cervia offers the luxury feel of a modern apartment located in the heart of the historic centre of Lucca. All modern conveniences have been installed to make your stay pleasureable and comfortable.

The apartment includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas stove top, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker etc. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and tumble dryer.

Sleeping capacity can be increased via use of the sofa-bed in the living room and a cot for young children can be installed.

The location is ideal with shops, bars, restaurants, banks and gelaterie all withing 50m of the front door. The historic Piazza San Michele (the ancient heart of the city) is less than 80m away although the actual positioning of the apartment lends an air of peace and tranquility not usually associated with such central locations.

The apartment is on the first floor with just a single flight of wide and shallow stairs to climb. From the entrance hall there is also access to the terrace (approx 5m x 5m) which has a gas BBQ and dining furniture for al fresco meals.

Remember though that Lucca is not just a summer destination. The winter includes good quality skiing and snow boarding only an hours drive away from the city centre.

Christmas brings ice skating to Piazza Napoleone and there are various markets and late night shopping events throughout December.


Most bookings are taken for 7 days with bookings starting on Saturday afternoon and finishing the following Saturday morning. For longer stays, discounts can be arranged, and if possible different entry/exit days can be arranged.

The prices include all linen, utilities and a final clean. If a telephone line is required, a deposit will be asked. Broadband internet access can also be arranged.

Please note that the city centre is a pedestrian zone and so car parking is not at the door of the apartment (it is found about 4 minutes walk away)
